ABOUT “A HAPPY HEART”…

We are a private home-health agency, providing non-medical Elder In-Home Care Services and Assistance in the Merrimack Valley and surrounding areas. Personally, in our own lives, we have seen family members provide Care to loved ones and then, in turn, need support themselves. This is a cycle that nearly every family ultimately experiences. Often, there are simply not enough family members available to provide the required support. The challenges encountered by the person needing Care are difficult ones, physically and emotionally. The struggle can be quite painful. Yet, the same is true for the family Caregiver or Caregivers.

A HAPPY HEART is truly committed to helping with those challenges – in every way that we can. The goal of our agency and our Caregivers is to treat our clients as we would want our loved ones – our own father or our own mother – to be treated – that is, with patience, tenderness, respect, kindness, and compassion at all times.

The quality of our service is due to the experience and excellence of our proficient, certified Caregivers; they are dedicated, conscientious, and dependable professionals, each one having been very carefully screened, insured, DMV/CORI and NARP checked--for our clients’ deserved safety and peace of mind.

Our agency is a member of non-profit state and national organizations committed to improving in-home Care standards and practices, most notably the Massachusetts Council for Home Care Aide Services, Inc.
